This course was organized by the Saint  John Art Centre. The workshop was low-tech.  We dug clay, started working with it, relaxed in the sun and made pots.  The process of making vessels does not have to encompass a lot of specialized tools and equipment.   In our "shrink wrapped" society, it is easy for us to forget  where it all came from.  The forms were once-fired in my studio and returned to the students. The young girl in red was in the area, and quickly joined us in  making pots.  I would like to thank Cara Cole for letting us use her property for the day -  Nice back yard.
